Once the trustees have investigated a complaint and allowed all interested parties to participate in a hearing of the issues, they must take a resolution confirming their decision, ensure this is included in the minutes of the meeting and formally advise the parties of their decisions.
If any party to this dispute is not satisfied with the decision, they can make an application to the Community Schemes Ombud Service for relief.
This form can be signed by any authorised trustee or agent.
