An online Club, moderated by Graham and Jennifer Paddock, designed to help members find answers to questions about sectional title, home owners’ associations and other types of community schemes.
Members get access to legislation, case-law, a wide range of relevant publications, and everything else Graham squirrels away to help him understand community schemes and their operations.

Entry-level membership that includes the Navigator, the Sectional Title and Home Owners’ Association Survival Manuals, as well as read-only access to the discussion forums.

Community
Most popular membership, which includes the Navigator, Survival Manuals, Legislation (with Graham Paddock’s commentary), discussion forums, and much more.

Meet the Coaches
Graham Paddock
Graham BA.LLB (UCT) is a practising Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer, specialising in all forms of community schemes. He was the lead consultant to the government in the introduction of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and the Community Schemes Ombud Service and an adjunct professor at UCT for ten years.
Jennifer Paddock
Jennifer Paddock (LLB UCT, LLB UNE) is a dual qualified lawyer and specialist community scheme attorney with experience working as a strata title managing agent.
