Trustees must call a general meeting if requested to do so in writing by members entitled to 25% of all quotas or bondholders over 25% of the primary sections and if they fail to call the requested meeting in 14 days, the requesters can do so. Requesters must include motions or matters for discussion with their request, to be included in the meeting agenda.
