When payment is overdue, members must be given a final notice stating: (a) the member’s obligation to make immediate payment; (b) any accrued interest due to date and in future; and (c) that proceedings will be commenced if payment is not made in 14 days.
Members must pay the body corporate’s reasonable legal costs for collection of arrear amounts or enforcement of the Act or rules, as taxed or agreed by the member.
(5) Only contributions or charges levied under the Act or rules can be debited to a member’s account without agreement or by order of a judge, adjudicator or arbitrator.

This notice can be signed by any authorised trustee or agent.
