About this template
Where the trustees have approved the installation by owners of locking / safety devices of screens, no special consent is required to install such an approved device. Where no general approval has been given, owners or occupiers can apply to the trustees to approve the installation of such a device.
Law: PCR 4(2).
If this form is signed in a representative capacity, for example by a director of a company that owns the unit(s), the details of that capacity must be inserted (e.g. director / trustee / member / attorney / authorised tenant) AND a copy of the resolution or other document giving authority must be attached.
