About this template
The trustees may, when appropriate, give consent to an owner or occupier who at own expense wishes to make minor changes to the common property, or to make minor changes to a section or exclusive use area that will be visible from elsewhere, as long as these changes do not detract from the appearance of the section or the common property.
The changes are not to be confused with the common property alterations or improvements initiated and paid for by the body corporate.
Law: PCR 4(1) and 5(1).
