Trustees can take resolutions either at meetings or in writing. The notice must be delivered to all trustees and set out the text of any proposed resolution(s). It should instruct the trustees to indicate their agreement by completing and signing the form, which must be returned to the body corporate before a specified closing date. Law: PMR 14(4).
