When the trustees give the CSOS notice of any change in the body corporate’s service address, its “domicilium citandi et executandi”, they must simultaneously give such written notice to all members, other occupiers of sections and all registered bondholders.
Law: PMR 4(4).
This form can be signed by any authorised trustee or agent.
