About this template

In the case of an emergency, an owner or occupier may park a vehicle on the common property outside of a demarcated parking area, but the vehicle must be removed as soon as possible after the emergency situation is over.

When there is no emergency, the trustees can give an owner or occupier written consent to park or stand any vehicle on the common property outside of an allocated parking bay. The consent cannot be indefinite, it must be given for a specific period.

Law: PCR 3(1).

If this form is signed in a representative capacity, the details of that capacity must be inserted (e.g. director / trustee / member) AND a copy of the resolution or other document conferring authority must be attached.
