This 7-week part-time online course teaches students the legal aspects of residential property letting so they can better understand how to serve owners and tenants and ultimately do their job with a higher level of expertise.

The course material gives students an understanding of the various divisions of law as well as lease agreements, eviction, managing tenants and conflict, payments, and maintenance requirements. The course will also equip students with a practical understanding of the responsibility and rights of the owner and the tenant.
