This 7-week part-time online course teaches students the legal aspects of residential property letting so they can better understand how to serve owners and tenants and ultimately do their job with a higher level of expertise.
The course material gives students an understanding of the various divisions of law as well as lease agreements, eviction, managing tenants and conflict, payments, and maintenance requirements. The course will also equip students with a practical understanding of the responsibility and rights of the owner and the tenant.

Module 2: Rights in real property
Module 3: Rental Housing Act
Module 4: Landlord and letting agent
Module 5: Finding and contracting a tenant
Module 6: Managing the lease or property
Module 7: Concluding the lease
Anyone involved in or who administers the rental of property including, but not limited to, estate agents, managing agents, portfolio managers, letting agents, prospective tenants and owners and other interested parties.
