September 2013 (Volume 8, Issue 9)
Dear Paddocks Press Fan,
Last week was mostly taken up by the NAMA Indaba in Stellenbosch. It was great to re-connect with significant people in the industry from throughout South Africa and abroad, including Adv. Nomazotsho Memani, a member of the CSOS Board and Mr Jimmy Baloyi, the chairperson of the EAAB. if you were not able to attend this one, I suggest you consider attending the next one planned for 2015.

In this month's edition of Paddocks Press:
1. Anton, looking closely at the question of who actually decides on levy increases;
2. Jennifer's video in which she walks you through our recent publication on the preparation for AGMs;
3. Jennifer explaining what you need to know about proxies; and
4. My usual Questions and Answers.

On a lighter note, I hope you had a good break on yesterday's public holiday (National Heritage / braai day). Enjoy the spring weather and keep safe.

Kind regards,
Graham
P.S. Don't forget to book your place on the UCT (Law@Work) Sectional Title Scheme Management short course.
