Student feedback - UCT Sectional Title Scheme Management course

Managing agents and portfolio managers, estate agents, attorneys, scheme auditors and accountants, trustees, property developers and dispute resolution service providers are a few of the professionals who have attended the UCT (Law@Work) Sectional Title Scheme Management Course in the past.

As sectional title has changed so much over the years, I felt a need to gain more knowledge to help me have a more hands-on approach to my job as a sectional title portfolio manager. Our company has now made it a stipulation that all new sectional title portfolio managers register for the course as well as all current sectional title staff.

I now feel more confident in the answers that I am supplying to my clients and it has definitely broadened my knowledge of sectional title.

The online quizzes were a good way of testing one's knowledge as the new modules were introduced. I felt the assignments were the most beneficial as it made one apply the knowledge gained from the modules together with our real life situations in the management of our own complexes.
