Includes 10-weeks part-time tuition conducted via the internet
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Sectional Titles Act and its relevance to the sale of sectional property
Includes a one-day intensive workshop and an exam written the following morning which is held in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg
Covers 8 modules during the 10-weeks
Results in a University of Cape Town endorsed Sectional Title Specialist Realtor Certificate
