Meet Jennifer Paddock

Jennifer Paddock

Jennifer Paddock is a lawyer specialising in sectional title property. Jennifer choose to focus on sectional titles during her final year of studying law at the University of Cape Town by preparing her thesis on the topic and by studying the Paddocks and UCT Sectional Title Scheme Management Course in her spare time. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and achieved a placing on the Dean’s Merit List for academic excellence.

Jennifer then joined her father, Graham Paddock, in his law practice where she continues to work closely with him. She spent her first years in the practice acting as a legal advisor to bodies corporate, managing agents, owners and developers but now her focus has shifted towards training. She has completed the Paddocks and UCT Advanced Scheme Management Course as well as the Sectional Title Development Course.
