Graham Paddock

Graham is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cape Town's Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment (Department of Construction Economics and Management).

He is an authority on sectional title law and practice, the lead consultant first to the National Department of Land Affairs and now consultant to the National Department of Human Settlements (formerly Housing) in drafting and implementing the Sectional Titles Scheme Management and Community Scheme Ombud Service legislation.
