The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) is a public entity which exists to resolve community scheme disputes, educate those involved in sectional title schemes, homeowners’ associations and other forms of community scheme and to manage sectional title scheme documentation. Its website is www.csos.org.za.
The CSOS contracted Paddocks to:
- develop training material for the CSOS’ training of the general public, and to
- train its staff on the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act, and community scheme law and practice.
