May 2013 (Volume 8, Issue 5)
Dear Paddocks Press Fan,
Just a few days to the end of May - almost half the year is gone! We have just finished our mid-year visits to Durban and Johannesburg and are back in office, where sectional title and HOA consulting work is keeping us busy.

In this month's edition of Paddocks Press:
1. We discuss the complexity of sectional titles sales and transactions;
2. Mike provides us with some valuable sectional title insurance advice;
3. Jennifer blogs about how to deal with noisy neighbours;
4. We pay tribute to Dr Gerhard Jooste's service to NAMA, and
5. There is the usual Q&A.

Keep safe, and warm,
Kind regards,
Graham

P.S. Registrations for the UCT (Law@Work) Sectional Title Scheme Management short course are closing next week, 7 June 2013. View more information.
